This street, along with its neighbouring streets such as lake, skewes, deutscher, hanley and thompson are always a popular choice when homes come available for sale. The grid for these streets is very easy to negoitiate and most of the homes located here are your post war standard 2-3 bedroom weatherboard and brick veneer varieties.
Originally called the 'APEX' estate, the home-owners in this section of Avondale Heights have taken pride in their properties as you will see there are a lot of newly renovated, extended and gorgeous looking homes, which will continue to be the case in the coming years.
So close to Military Rd, shops, schools and everything else, its no wonder the perviosuly names 'APEX' estate is a popular choice!
