"Perfect for rentals"
Based not far from Pacific Fairs shopping centre, duet drve is a small court with a lot of small unit blocks.
Very suitable for younger generation sharing accomodation. People tend to keep to themselves but its quiet most of the time.
Parts of the street back onto canals for fishing and boating.
Good for investors as plenty of rental demand.
