"Safe, family friendly street with a park and cute family of ducks!"
This street is an easy walk to the beach and it is not a thoroughfare so only has local traffic. You can easily see the canal system, which is very pretty on sunset. There is a park that has a playground for the little ones and there's a family of ducks who frequent. The types of homes are a mix of older and renovated. There are no McMansions there, it is probably one of Mermaid Waters' most special little hidden secrets. You will love it!
