"Great living on the Lake!"
If you want wide water, then this is the street!! Northern side properties access Lake Intrepid which is one of the widest waterways on the coast some southern side two storey homes have access to water views,but not all. This street has it all, shopping at either Q superstore, where there is also medical and vet facilities. Approx. 1.5kms to Pacific Fair shopping, for all shopping as well as cinemas. Both Merrimac High School and Miami Primary School are within easy walking distance. For those who like a little 'happy hour' at the local, the Lone Star Tavern is right around the corner!
