Dunsmore Street, Kelvin Grove, QLD 4059

We purchased here in Dunsmore Street in January 07 and have lived here since April 07. I love the fact that it is central to everything. There are walking tracks at the end of the street, the cafe precinct of Paddington just a hop skip and a jump away, and you can walk into the Valley from here too. There are two gym's in close proximity and if you have children, it is in the catchment area for Kelvin Grove State High and Junior schools which is a school of excellence and one of the best Public schools in Brisbane. The neighbours are friendly, there is a 50/50 mix of home owners and renters, young and old. No barking dogs, no screaming kids, I love it.
