"Quality Position"
This is such a lovely area of Essendon. This street has quite a mixture of housing including a few villa units which are proving to be gold at present.

"An ideal spot for convenience..."
The street does not come off any main roads but can be used for access to some gorgeous little streets such as Thomson, Black & Laluma so the traffic is not too bad at all. There is a mixture of period homes and a few units also.
The spot is fantastic with Essendon North village just up the road and St Thereses primary just around the corner. This is a great family street.
