"A lovely street"
The two problems with Emerald Lake road. 1. It is the only road leading in and out of the popular Emerald Lake Park, sometimes making traffic busy. 2. There is no foot path, making it dangerous for walkers as many cars pass up and down to get to the park.
Otherwise it has a lovely country feel to it. The lower half of the road has views over the park and filtered views of the lake. It is 1km to the shops and schools. The local bus is within a 1 km walk too. Majority of houses are on 1/2acre+ blocks.
