"Paradise for a reason!!!!"
Paradise Avenue situated in Clematis,is Paradise indeed!
Just off Wellington Rd for easy access,the street is quiet and i cannot hear traffic from Wellington Rd!
Wonderful neighbors and peaceful.Nature is in abundance along with the wildlife.
It maybe further out from the CBD but i'd rather travel further for my own piece of paradise!!

"From an ex resident"
Lived there longer than anywhere else in my life. Quiet neighbours, sometimes rather a lot of cars using it, considering it only had about 20 houses in it and it was a dirt road. Had some good times there, and the kids grew up there.
