"For the Golfers, Gardeners and Walkers"
Englewood actually passes between the 24th and 25th holes at the Dubbo Golf club and ends up in a very quiet location. The older style street lights look very quaint at twilight and its a great area for a quiet walk after work. It does feel like a long way from town but it's actually only a couple of km's to the new Woolworths supermarket if you need something fast.
Depending on where you live you get som great views of town too, especially at night.
Most of the neighbours really have made their gardens look special too, so you need to have at least some inclination to look after your yard to keep up appearances of the area.
The nearest bus stop is a few minutes walk but quite handy for the kids
