"Once of the best streets in Dubbo"
Lake Circuit is situated in West Dubbo in a very quiet area with houses overlooking the beautiful Dubbo golf course. Most house blocks are a very good size being over 1000m2. We have been involved in a number of sales in this area with homes at the top end of the market ranging from $800,000 to over $1,000,000.

"Right in the middle of the Golf Course"
Lakeside is still growing and a relatively new part of Dubbo. It's well off the beaten track but that's part of its charm - all the traffic is residents or visitors - you can't get anywhere else by driving down it.
All of the houses down the left hand side of the street back onto the the golf course in some way.
It's really only about 3 minutes to the shops (Delroy Woolies) but anything more than 2min is a long way for a country driver!
It's a great place to raise kids as there's little traffic and plenty of scope for them to play in the fringes of the golf course, although the nearest park with swings is not really walkable.
If you like a walk there's some great walking paths around the area, and a couple of challenging hills if you want to put the effort in.
