"Affordable waterfront"
Deception Bay is still the most affordable waterfront within 30kms of Brisbane. This property is located on Esplanade North which would be my preference as it has uninterrupted ocean views whereas the South Esplanade has a lot of mangrove although is still nice and quiet.
