"Quiet, friendly street in an established neighborhood"
Excelsior Drive is a quiet & friendly street in an established neighborhood.
Located far enough from hustle & bustle, yet still central to local schools, shopping centres & parks.
Most if not all homes in the area are located on very large 3000m2 blocks.
Plus it is all located close to restaurants & medical centres etc. So still very central.
