Reviews of Graham Road, Morayfield
"Wimbledon Park Estate, Morayfield - Perfect Central Location"
I've been living in the area for many years and love everything about it!
Wimbledon Park Estate is a lovely area with great neighbourhood, looked after properties, very leafy and providing great lifestyle.
Blocks are bigger than the new developments usually offer. Yet it is so close to absolutely everything!!!!

"Pleasant Street, but very busy!!"
This street is pleasing to the eye, and close to everything. The biggest drawback it has is the traffic. 24 hours a day you have throughfare traffic staright past your front door. although the speed limit is 60 km through very few people seem to obey this. Many a hoon will do their stupid burnouts just outside your house in the middle of the night. Unless the property is safetly surrounded by a high secure fence I would not recommend it at all suitable for anyone with pets or small children.

terminator31 no not every area is over run with selfish hoons, but morayfield appears to be that place that is, sorry mate.
Hey Arien, I also live on Graham Road, if you write to Mark Ryan MP and point out the issue, they will allocate speed traps to your area. really helped us. also having a wooden fence and hedges absorbs most of the noise.
Did you live there? It says that you visited, and why would anyone in their right mind move into a house on a main road like Graham road? I have lived in Morayfield for going on seven years and our street is a main street within an estate with a speed of 50km per hour, no-one does the speed at all, even the residents in surrounding streets, we also have a school close by and we've gotten used to the traffic in the morning and afternoon and we are two houses back from the corner and we have always had hoons, you get them in every suburb everywhere not just here, unless you go to the country you can't get away from it i'm afraid. That's life.....
