Reviews of Exeter, TAS
"A Vibrant Township on the Tamar"
Exeter is a great little community, half an hour from Launceston in the beautiful Tamar Valley. Exeter has a vibrant little township with a Primary and High School, Wine Centre, Bakeries, IGA, Petrol Station, Bank and Doctors Surgery - So all the amenities you need. I highly recommend 'The Cabin Coffee' as being a great stop for a coffee and a bite to eat and Exeter Hair and Beauty for your salon needs. Both businesses offer exceptional service and really embrace the community feel of this area, so I wanted to give them a mention. Exeter offers country living in a beautiful setting and is an affordable option for both home ownership and investment alike.

"Country Suburb"
Exeter is a small country style suburb about 30 minutes from Launceston. With a range of character homes, newer builds and vacant land, this suburb has the potential to suit anyone who likes country living without feeling isolated. Exeter has a great range of cafe's, eateries and conveniences along the main road and one of the best bakeries around - Exeter Bakery. Offering well priced homes and rentals, investors, buyers and renters should consider Exeter a potential location to make their next home.
