Yes there is.
There is extensive Environmental Managemennt areas within the township that are covered under an overall Section 173 Agreement under the Planning Act. These areas include the protected Gey Box Forest, Grassland areas Werribee Gorge etc. These governing documents setup an owners corporation (formerly body corporate) to fund the maintenance of these special areas on an ongoing basis and to protect these areas into the future for the community.
