Reviews of Featherpark Terrace, South Morang

"Great place to live"

The whole estate is a great place to live in. With the road duplication completed, traffic is lessened (also due to the new access points from Mill Park Lakes) and access into the estate is now possible via multiple roads.

The area is really built up in the last few years. The new Westfield now open only 5 minutes from the area so shopping is great, no need to head out to Northland 95% of the time now! There is also a mini shopping hub which has opened and includes Bunning’s, Beta Electrical, Spotlight, and Rays outdoors, a Gym and some others, including a couple of resteraunts.

There are a number of child care centres within a 5-10 minute drive as well as schools. Buses come on the main road only so a walk to Plenty Road is required, but a little exercise is a good thing!

Neighbours are great and friendly, no trouble and quiet.

I recommend this area to anyone, regardless of age as it caters for all.

"Great place to live, no sticky beaks"

The neighbours are friendly but not in your face, so you can go about your business or chat with them if you want.

We only get buses for public transport but a tram line is being installed in the future.

Road duplication is occurring right now so traffic flow from the area is/will be greatly improved!

Nice selection of restaurants nearby (within 5 min) with differing menu styles for all tastes. Shopping is good with Epping Plaza or Northland Shopping Centre within a 30 min drive as well as smaller shopping villages within 5 min. The building of a Bunnings close by will excite the handymen/women!

Northern hospital is a 10-15 min drive for medical emergencies and a number of closer medical centres are available for your every day ailments.

A great place to live in and when the road duplication is complete it will be even better as at the moment the traffic congestion on Plenty Road causes some grief at peak hour and public holidays.
