Maison Terrace, South Morang, VIC 3752

i have lived here in a rental for the last 2 1/2 years... it is a great place for couples starting out or small families... i find the blocks are very small and once you put a decent hous eont hem there is no backyard what so ever... the neighbours seem pretty good... there is the recreation reserve just acroos the road.... on the downside the hoons can get drag racing up and down on the main road of which you are only seperated by bollards to on a fri or sat night....there is a small ant problem which may be due to the construction works acroos the road of the new special development school and the primary school is not far away.... there is a new child care centre and another being built within 1km of here.... the local dr is at least 5km away but the northern hospital is close enough for emergencies...
