"Close to amenities"
I have lived in Fletcher street for the past 9 years where we purchased our first home. The block sizes are great in the street and the street is home to the elderly aswell as some young families with children. It is a 5 minute walk to the local Plattsburg public school & 2 minutes to Callaghan College. It is a 3 minute drive to jump onto the freeway.
The only downside is that during school drop off and pick up, it can be a little busy.
