"Quiet yet close to everything (city, airport, Homemaker village, Nightcliff beach, Casuarina complex)"
Designed for two lane traffic, it is fully residential. A mix of units (ground level as well as 3 storey high) and ground level homes. Traffic is not as heavy as in other parallel streets thanks to good planning (calming methods) of the flow from busy Trower Road. But it gives easy access onto nearby McMillans Rd and Trower Rd. All other side streets are cul-de-sacs, thus minimising flow to residents only. Most houses and units are post cyclone Tracy and there's even a brand new home nearing completion. It is close to the Homemaker village, Millner schools, the beach, Marrara golf course, 5 minutes to the airport, scenic Rapid Ck gardens, Woolworths Nightcliff, Coles Northlakes, Rapid Creek markets. Casuarina shopping centre is about 5 minutes away.
