"Quiet, safe, friendly, green and 15 mins to the CBD"
I've lived here for 2 years now and this is one of the best places I've lived. (I'm ex Fairfield, Brighton & Collingwood). It's so quiet and friendly, it's easy to get wherever you need to go, it almost feels like living in a bayside country town. Yet, it's just 15 minutes to the city with trains every few minutes, or a short drive around Footscray Road. I love to walk the block or so to the bay - this suburb is awesome. (Especially Franklin Street!)
