Is frankston a safe place to live with children?

You might see the odd person shouting at the shops but I live in Frankston South and go to Frankston quite a lot and it is absolutely fine.

Yes, definitely. I would definitely do some due diligence though. Perhaps drive past certain pockets at night and at different times of the day.
