Is the area near Leawarra train station "dodgy"?

Frankston, VIC 3199 is located within the Frankston local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.

I'm looking at a house near leawarra train station, would anyone say that's a "dodgy" area of frankston? Based on these reviews it seems i haven't any need to worry, but a few have commented that the train stations can be a bit iffy
