My wife and I are looking to buy our first house. Is Frankston a good option?

We have budgeted for no more than $450k but would rather not get to this limit. I understand Frankston has some dodgy spots. Can anyone give advice on these areas, where are areas which arent that bad at this price range?

Our other options were out East like Pakenham etc. But I think Frankston is still up and coming.

Any info would be great, Thanks.

Hi there
Where else could you buy a lovely house with a pool for around $400k so close to the beach! I tell you where Frankston and surrounding areas. Frankston has a wide variety of pockets of real estate; some better than others. I can obtain some reports and stats for you if you contact me at [email protected]. I would be happy to show you some of the properites we have to give you an idea for the price what type of property you can purchase. Hope this helps!
