Should i buy around Karingal Hub/ballam park
Frankston, VIC 3199 is located within the Frankston local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
We are from out of the area and have been contemplating a move to frankston. Number one for affordability but also a lifestyle change. We know that Frankston South is supposed to be the place to be but how do people feel about houses around Karingal Hub/Ballam park. We are a young family so being close to schools is a highlight but concerned about saftey

May I suggest that you spend sometime in the area at different times of the day. Maybe even door knock a few neighbors if you find a home of interest. You could go to the movies at Karingal Hub one night and maybe out to a local eatery. We have interactions with plenty of people who live in the pocket and this is what they love - the walks around the parkland, a shopping centre that has everything they need, easy access to major arterials and the beach just a short drive away. I personally also have family in the pocket and they have never felt unsafe or intimidated. I hope this helps a little.
