Runs off Pascoe Vale Rd, close to transport. This is a side of Essendon worth looking at as very convenient quiet and perhaps offering more flexibility with price

"Out of the heart but great little spot..."
While the location is a little out of the heart of it this really is an amazing little pocket. The traffic is next to none and the beautiful Moonee Ponds creek trail runs just around the corner. This is a beautiful spot for family living.
