Geelong, VIC 3220 is located within the Greater Geelong local government area, part of the Barwon Region in Victoria.
Looking to buy into Clifton springs; however, looking at prices and wondering why are the prices lower than other beach Bellarine areas?

Hi there!
Clifton Springs is an established area, mainly 80’s homes - but the surrounding suburbs (Curlewis especially) are growing! It’s a family friendly community and it gets overlooked at times.
Given, Barwon Heads/Portarlington/Ocean Grove have more coastline and surf but Clifton Springs still has lovely family beaches.
