"Smack in the middle of Park St + Ardmillian Rd local!"
Those fortunate enough to live in George Street, Robb St and surrounds are, in many peoples opinion, super fortunate. Why, because they live smack in the middle of two of the most prestigious streets where properties have been known to sell upward of $4M.
George Street is modest and fortunate to feature views from both sides of the street, particularly the low side looking toward the river. The street is quiet, both sides have ROW access and are located close to both the river precinct as well as Queens Park. A ten minute walk to the train station affords George Street the luxury of peace and quiet without rail noise, with the convenience of transport with a short stroll.....not to mention the schools! By George, it's got it all!

- Views from the low side of the street
- Super convenient for schools and transport
Not great for
- Not as leafy as Park and Ardmillian
- Will boom once older weatherboards are updated
