We have found this to be the most convenient place we have lived in. You can walk to the shops, the doctors, the dentist, parks, and public transport. Take the tram into Melbourne CBD (15 Minutes) or catch a train or bus to head North, South, East or West. There are many restaurants and cafes to enjoy and some of the best coffee in Melbourne. There is a bike path along the Moonee Ponds creek that takes you right into the Docklands area or North out to parklands and great picnic spots. There are several schools within walking distance. The Moonee Valley racecourse is only minutes walk. The house blocks are large and give good vehicle access should you need one.
