Mantell Street, Moonee Ponds, VIC 3039

One of Moonee Ponds premiere streets and one of the nicest i have had the pleasure of selling in on many occasions. There are two very different and distinct ends to Mantell Street. At the south end Mantell is a one way street with a stretch of quaint period homes or apartments. Many of which have or are soon to be renovated. While when the street opens up at the Derby Street intersection one will find some of Moonee Ponds finest homes.
Therefore the street may appeal to many different demographics from young families to older families, to singles, to first home buyers or even to retirees due to the convenient proximity to Puckle street and transport.
Overall this would have to be one of Moonee Ponds best positions!
