Reviews of Heritage Street, Moonee Ponds
"Quiet street located close to everything"
Since the drainage works flooding is no longer an issue. Whilst neighbours are close by there is a tendency to keep to themselves. Residents rarely use the laneway and the no through road signs restricts the amount of traffic.
Great for

"Heritage St Moonee Ponds"
Closed street with narrow width, parking a difficulty with local neighbours having additional cars and no carports. Low income families, plenty of graffiti in lane way which residents access to drive to the street which back onto flats. Located next to a catholic primary school for low income families as a second option to Penleigh Essendon grammar. Queens park not as safe as it used to be locals opting for eastern suburb parks to play rather than western suburb local park.
Not great for
- Cannot find parking
- Neighbours very close to each other street frontage (evasive)
- Flood zone
