"A great place for families as can still buy large blocks near city & trains/buses for an affordable price"
This is a lovely leafy street that runs from Welshpool Rd down to the Queens Park train station. It's a short walk to the library, recreation centre & park, local schools - Queens Park Primary, St Josephs & St Norberts, Supa IGA on Sevenoaks St and the group of small businesses on Wharf St including a good butcher, friendly hairdressers, combined chemist & post office & a deli. There's a good mix of age groups and house types in the street and it is so central to locations all around Perth with quick, easy access to Tonkin Hwy, Orrong Rd/Graham Farmer Fwy, Roe Hwy and Leach Hwy. The suburb is getting to be well known with the new Quattro redevelopment. We've been in the street for over 5 years and really enjoy living here
