"Suburb has changed alot in the last 6-12 months..."
This suburb has improved ten fold over the last 6-12 months with a lot of redevelopment and council projects. Definitely a better place to live than years gone past and give it another few years for all projects to reach completion (2012) will be back to where it should be. Don't overlook this suburb as the older reviews are just that old reviews, suburbs change over time. Will be a great place to live for years to come...!
