"Cheap to live, but would recommend looking elsewhere."
This street is made up of duplex buildings, the majority being owner occupier but all were once housing trust homes.
This area offers cheap housing, however security is an issue and should be high priority if you have anything of value.
Noise and crime can be a problem in this street, with police in attendace often several times a week. In the past couple of years there has been one murder, and several attempted murders in this street and surrounding area. Gang activity is also common in this area.
I would recommend to people considering moving to this area to look at alternatives. If you do move into this street, then a dog and security screens/alarm systems are seriously worth considering.

what a shame elizabeth has become as bad as what has always been said about it!!
Could be a good place if people had a bit of pride.....
