Services for the elderly in Glen iris will depend upon which municipality the elderly resident is located within be it Boroondara or Stonnington.
Once you established which council your eldery friend or famiy member belongs to you can contact either:

or
https://www.stonnington.vic.gov.au/Services/Aged-care
