Steve showed a great deal of knowledge in Selling our home. He showed us price comparisons in the area, help in organising a very successful marketing campaign and at the end achieved the sale result we were very happy with. Very professional to deal with. In the most challenging market I have seen in 30+ years of buying/selling property we faced a dilemma when it came to trying to sell my mother's home (family home). Scheduled for sale in May 2020 and with a variety of restrictions on inspections and auctions increasing almost weekly Steve was unperturbed. In a series of briefings he outlined his preferred strategy, strengths and vulnerabilities and we settled on a course of action. We stuck with an auction process, albeit online, and in conjunction with his expert sales colleague (Tony Doh) he delivered a result which equaled our best pre-Covid expectations.
