This is Glen Iris at is best with a large number of 1930's, 1940's and modern homes all nestled in here within walking distance to Burwood Station. at the approach to Burwood station you will find two of my favorite coffee shops Baba Sus…
Steve has excellent knowledge of the local property market. He is very calm and considered in his approach and focuses on understanding his clients requirements. He gave honest feedback about the property and knew exactly where it sits in the current market. He is always available for all kinds of questions and provided regular updates on the progress, which always helped. By the end of the entire process we built a fantastic relationship with Steve. An astute, honest and trustworthy agent who knows exactly what he is doing! We highly recommend Steve Burke.
This is the third time we have sold through Steve Burke and his team at Belle Property in two years and each time our expectations were met and we have been thrilled with the results. Honest, hardworking and genuinely invested in getting us the result we were after. Would highly recommend Steve and his team.
Found Steve to be a great communicator and also a great listener, he listened to what we had to say and ensured that he tried in every possible .
Steve impressed from the start in suggesting some improvements which transformed the property, kept us up to date through the course of the sale open inspections & did a great auction with a sale price $100k + over the reserve--- well done !!!!
Third house a charm! Thank you Steve!
Steve showed a great deal of knowledge in Selling our home. He showed us price comparisons in the area, help in organising a very successful marketing campaign and at the end achieved the sale result we were very happy with. Very professional to deal with. He was easy to talk to and always welling to help. He always replayed to our messages and offered to help when needed even after hours. I have no hesitations to recommend Steve to anyone that is selling there property.
In the most challenging market I have seen in 30+ years of buying/selling property we faced a dilemma when it came to trying to sell my mother's home (family home). Scheduled for sale in May 2020 and with a variety of restrictions on inspections and auctions increasing almost weekly Steve was unperturbed. In a series of briefings he outlined his preferred strategy, strengths and vulnerabilities and we settled on a course of action. We stuck with an auction process, albeit online, and in conjunction with his expert sales colleague (Tony Doh) he delivered a result which equaled our best pre-Covid expectations. Talk is cheap in real estate, delivering the result is the real measure.
Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
I can not thank Steve enough for hes help support and efforts he has given and shown though the purchase of my first house. I have been looking for a house for over 1 year and delt with all sort of Realestate agents with no response or effort in helping me purchase a house. I met Steve and belle Realestate glen Iris by first visiting a property that we did not end up purchasing. Within 24hrs Steve and Belle Realestate have gone out and done letter box drops to try and find me my first house. A couple weeks later we purchased a property in the location we had been looking in for over a year. The support and help we received was absolutely astonishing and I can not thank Steve enough he has gone above and beyond any relestate company that we have delt with. I Have saved Steves number and I will be recommending and will keeping contact for future
Knowledge , persistence and delivery. 5 stars
