Reviews of Adrian Street, Glen Iris
"Burwood Station, Leo's Supermarket, Anniversary Trail & outstanding Cafes all round the corner"
This is Glen Iris at is best with a large number of 1930's, 1940's and modern homes all nestled in here within walking distance to Burwood Station. at the approach to Burwood station you will find two of my favorite coffee shops Baba Sus and Golden Child where you can get a cheeky coffee when you are out for a walk or ride on the Anniversary Trail. With Leo's supermarket around the corner along with easy access to the Ashburton Village this is indeed a very special street to live.

"Tucked away, yet so central"
Connecting Summerhill road to Prosper parade, this street is filled with modern and well presented properties. Home to many large families all looking to live in Glen Iris, close to key amenities such as Burwood Station, Golden Child Cafe and Hartwell Sports Ground.

"Appealing Amenities"
With a large portion of Art Deco homes Adrian Street has huge charm. Walk to two of my favouite cafes Golden Child (try the porridge) and Buba Sus. Also walk to train, tram and parks or ride into the city of the bike trails.
