Cancelling tenancy agreement.

Gold Coast Region is located in the state of Queensland.

Hi. Im not moving in to the property for another two weeks but I have signed the rental agreement and paid the bond and two weeks in advance. Can I cancel the agreement because of a change of circumstances?
