"You can have it all"
Within walking distance to Mandurah's main shopping centre, library, primary school and wonderful aquatic and recreation centre, it feels like a warm friendly village. If walking your child to school or taking your dog for an early morning tour you still have people wishing you good morning and greeting you by name.
