I currently live in goulburn and have for about 3 years now. Like anywhere there are some areas in goulburn that are best to avoid. Mostly, Crestwood, the old area. Though if yiu drive past Crestwood, you come into Bradfordville which is a nice, quiet area, also to the back of Crestwood there is a new development forming. I would recommend East Grove as a nice area, it's quiet, and not far away from CBD. Any places just a little bit out of town (5-10 mins from CBD) are quite nice.
