How hot does it get in Goulburn in mid Summer?

I generally visit family in goulburn in the winter because i like the cold. But i hate the humidity of where we live now in summer. So is this a dry heat, which is so much more bearable to someone like me with lung problems.

It is similar to Sydney from about October to April, but it does not have the humidity. Summers are generally dry
