The only areas in Goulburn subject to flooding are the lower streets of Eastgrove i.e. Hercules Street and low lying parts of Emma Street, Eleanor Street, Park Street and Glenelg Street. Also the area around Avoca Street and Albion Street near the Wollondilly River can be prone to flooding as well. I would be happy to answer any questions you should have about relocating to Goulburn, so feel free to contact me any time on 0425 301 644.
