"Friendly!"
Nice street, most people are friendly and like a chat. There is a bit of traffic from people using it as a thoroughfare, as well as the bus passing through, so if you have kids, keep this in mind. Young families live alongside retirees and uni students. Some music/party noise but is only rarely and is generally turned down by midnight.
