Reviews of Grampian Close, Smithfield
"Quiet nature filled street"
Grampian close is a world away from traffic and noise , full of tropical birds that call the area home. Great neighbours all round. People always talk to each other and wave as they drive past, easy to settle in and get to know everybody. I have lived here for over 3 years and always felt safe and comfortable with the children playing on the street. It is a 10 min walk to the cinema with the children while the parents go for a meal in one of the many restaurants. Local Tavern is also walking distance. Cycling the area is safe and a large array of cycle tracks behind the local university only mins away. The Wake board park is 10 min walk. New dog park installed beside the shopping centre only 5 mins walk. What I love is the proximity to all of the local amenities while still feeling like you are amongst nature only a few min walk away. Moving for family reasons otherwise I would never leave the area. Its been a pleasure to live here
