"Excellent family street near the action"
Very quiet neighborhood with no through traffic.
Nearby amenities include pharmacist, corner shop, bottle shop, restaurants, medical, dental, and vet clinics, pool shop, and barbers. Also, Floreat Forum shopping centre & Subiaco shops.
Opposite a 'pocket park', blocks from large open space (Perry Lakes).
By car: 5 minutes to beach, 10 minutes to city, 15 minutes to river.
Near to gyms, tennis courts, cricket pitches, netball courts, archery targets, and walking tracks.
