"Very quiet street, friendly neighbours, great location, close to all ameninties, beach,claremont,subiaco"
I have liked in other parts of Floreat but here in the West of the Forum precinct it is very quiet.Neighbours are very friendly. There are many schools around the area and good public transport if needed. Plenty of shops and great cafes to choose from. A few minutes to the beach, Claremont and Subiaco.Amazing Fitness facilities with at least 4 gyms, 3 public swimming pools within 1-5 minutes and beautiful Perry Lakes and Bold Park for excerice,parks and flora and fauna. We love living in Floreat and do not intend to move until the children are much older.
