Gympie, QLD 4570 is located within the Cooloola local government area, part of the Wide Bay-Burnett Region in Queensland.

I have a friend which had her house on the market for sometime. But may be looking to list again in the near future?

The market is starting to pick up and properties between $250,000 to $350,000 are selling fairly quick at the moment possible due to the Tiaro coal mine announcement and the Bunnings mega warehouse opening here, this indicates that Bunnings are confident in the future growth of Gympie.
