I live close to Caboolture, although I wouldn't send my kids to the state schools. I have not heard good reports about that school.
Depending on your lifestyle you could even live a little bit south of a Caboolture in Narangba or North lakes/ Mango Hill area, it's not so far and a nicer area in my opinion.
