Is Hadspen a good place if you want to live out of the city but still commute to work?

Yes Hadspen is a beautiful out of town suburb. Only 10 minutes and you are in the CBD. I lived there for 9 years and loved every minute, I had small children that were really safe and often rode their bikes along the river.
