"Hann st... Mayfield. A suburb on the move."
I purchased Hann st in 2007... Small street of mostly owner occupied homes. 1 of the 10 is a rental. All the bounty of Facilities Mayfield has to offer are nearly all within walking distance ... Quaint Bowling Club, Public Pool.. Doggy Park...Skate and recreational Park... Schools and tafe... as well as Centerlink,Mega Cheep Chemist... the big three Super Markets Coles Woolies and Aldi along with many wonderful small business like cafes and hairdressers.
I’ve never experienced any trouble.
The house is small but comfortable and light filled.
Our family spent most of our time out on the back deck which is cool in summer and sheltered in winter and plants just thrive out there.. it even has its own bathroom and has just been re oiled. A big screen TV, BBQ and a comfy lounge and the deck is the place to be at
