"A Hidden Gem"

Living in Fitzroy is a great experience. You'll get to know all the local business owners and neighbors by name. Fitzroy has a wonderful bohemian feel with the friendly cosy village atmosphere.

Al facilities are within walking distance... Even the CBD, Melbourne Museum and all the cafes, bars, boutiques and restaurants of Brunswick and Lygon and Smith Streets are all only minutes walk away.

Great for

Close to everything yet very quite at night
Walk everywhere, you don't need a car
Small village feel of Fitzroy is great

Not great for

No Park on Hargreaves, but there is one around the block

"Great street that captures the bohemian feel of Fitzroy and so close to everything but amazingly quite."

Hargreaves Street is a small one way street between Smith and Brunswick streets. It is very quite and within a very short walk of pretty much everything one could need. Supermarkets, Green Grocers, Doctors, Chemists, Pubs, Cafes and amazing restaraunts are all just a stones throw away.

The people living on this small street are all really friendly and quite proud of the area they have chosen to live in.
